How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, you can pay by credit or debit card. You can choose to: • Pay per session (pay-as-you-go) • Purchase block bookings (5 or 10 sessions) at a discounted rate (save 5% or 10%) a service?
Do I need to pay upfront?
• Yes, full upfront commitment is required. • You can pay per session, or if you prefer, purchase a block booking, whichever suits you best.
Can we do a trial session first?
Yes, we offer a Trial Session for new learners for just £20.
This includes:

Time for Q&A with parents

It’s the perfect way to try us out before booking further sessions.
How do block bookings work?
Our block bookings offer discounted rates:
5 sessions — save 5% 10 sessions — save 10%
You can choose your own start date and your block will be valid for 3 months from that date.
Please note:

Once purchased, block bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable (see cancellation policy).

All sessions must be used within the 3-month validity period.

Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Can I speak to someone before booking?
Absolutely! You can contact us any time via email or the contact page, we’re happy to answer your questions or arrange a quick call.
Is my payment infomation secure?
Yes, all payments are handled via Stripe, which uses the highest level of security and encryption. We do not store your card details.
